- The minimum rental periode of the vacation home is 7 days. The minimum period of the appartment is 14 days.
- After reservations are made, a safety deposit of € 200,- needs to be made. If the client or his/her co-occupants cause any damage to the home or its assets, this damage will be charged to the client. Also excessive use of electricity, gas or water will be settled with the safety deposit.
- Pets are not allowed
- Check in time: 3:00 pm (Flights usually arrive after 3pm, contact us for early check in)
- Check out time: 12:00 pm
- You can download the rental agreement which states all the terms and conditions.
